Production Staff

Join Our Team at Dark Canyon Coffee Company!

This position is located in Rapid City, SD. Relocating or commuting would be required.

Are you passionate about coffee and looking to start a career in the world of specialty coffee? At Dark Canyon, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are a wholesale coffee roaster distributing to the coffee industry in the 5 state region. We also have a store front and website. We have been in business for 30 years and are constantly growing.

Pay Range is $20.00/hr -$23.00/hr with a year-end bonus.

Health Insurance is available with company co pays.

Hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with production of coffee for customers
  • Learn and participate in all aspects of the production line.
  • Help with warehouse, filling orders, shipping, etc.
  • Ability and willingness to communicate and interact with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Background in coffee industry and willingness to learn
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Physically be able to lift and move large quantities of coffee and product.
